1. How can I help No-Strings?

Any donations you make to the charity will give a child a future.

Alternatively, contact your nearest No Strings office. We are always interested in any fundraising events organised by supporters on behalf of No Strings and supporters are more than welcome to help out at the events we organise.

2. Why do you use puppets?

Children who have been subjected to trauma, conflict and disease find it easier to interact with puppets rather than an adult. Children can be unsure of adults as they are often the cause of their suffering.
Children find it easy to talk and listen to puppets as they are non-judgemental.
Puppets also bridge the language barrier.

3. Do you deal with any other issues apart from land mines?

Our puppets have also been used to promote awareness of AIDS and HIV along with health and street kids problems.

4. Where were the puppets made?

The puppets were made by Kathryn Mullen and Michael Frith, in New York. They were part of the original creative team behind The Muppets.

5. I have a technical query about the No Strings site, who do I contact?
